A classic paring knife that brings together French craftsmanship and timeless design. The slim, pointed blade allows controlled cutting, ideal for peeling apples and pears, cleaning potatoes or cutting small ingredients. A knife you will take out of the drawer every day.
The blade is made of stainless steel, and the handle of warm sapele wood, which sits comfortably in the hand. A brass-coloured transition between blade and handle adds a refined detail that suits the traditional design perfectly. Wash the knife by hand and dry it straight away, as the dishwasher is not suitable for the wood.
The Bourbonnais paring knife is made in France by Roger Orfèvre, a family business specialising in knives and kitchen accessories since 1924. A practical and characterful piece of kitchenware that lasts for years.
