Shipping policy
Shipping
We pack every order with care and send it out as quickly as possible, from Antwerp.
Delivery time
- We usually ship products in stock within 4 working days, unless a different delivery time is shown with the product.
- Pre-order and Coming soon: the delivery time varies per product and is always shown on the product page. If you order them together with products already in stock, we'll get in touch with you. Together we'll agree whether we ship everything at once when it's all in, or in parts.
- Once shipped, you'll get an email with your tracking code.
- If there is a delay, we'll let you know straight away. Your statutory rights in case of late delivery always remain intact.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver in Belgium and 23 other countries of the European Union (see the table). At checkout you choose delivery to your home or another address, or to a pick-up point (where available). We currently don't deliver online to other countries, such as Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.
Free collection in the shop
You can also collect your order free of charge from our shop, Korte Nieuwstraat 4 in Antwerp, Wednesday to Saturday between 12:00 and 18:00. You'll get an email as soon as your order is ready. Please bring that confirmation email with you.
Shipping costs
All amounts include VAT. From the amount in the "Free from" column we ship your order for free, except for the Hasegawa Lucano 4-step ladders (see below).
