The answers given below are generally valid for online purchases. As an alternative to the webshop, you can e-mail MATRIKS; the product range is more extensive and payment is made by bank transfer.
1. Payment for your remote purchase
How can I pay?
Payments in the MATRIKS webshop are processed by Shopify Payments. You have the choice to pay with Bancontact / Mister Cash, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, Belfius Direct Net or by bank transfer. You can also pay with a gift voucher.
2. Buy gift vouchers online
Can I buy gift vouchers online?
You can buy gift vouchers online at MATRIKS. You will receive a digital version via email.
For what amounts can I buy gift vouchers online?
You can buy gift vouchers online at MATRIKS for an amount of your choice.
How can gift vouchers be used?
Gift vouchers can be used as a means of payment at MATRIKS in the store and in the webshop.
How long are gift vouchers valid?

3. Collection and/or delivery
Which products can be picked up or delivered?
MATRIKS sells products via its webshop that can be picked up and/or delivered. During your purchase procedure you will be informed of any delivery costs.
Why would I buy a product via the webshop that can only be picked up?
MATRIKS requires a deposit of 30% of the purchase price for the reservation of products that are not in stock in the store. No reservation can take place without a deposit. Your reservation is complete when you have purchased the product via the webshop. You save the shipping costs and collect the article in the store when it suits you.
4. Delivery
How much is the delivery cost?
Shipping costs, which vary per country of destination, are only charged by MATRIKS when the total amount of your order is less than € 100.00, and this for the Benelux, or when the volume of the package exceeds the maximum dimensions of Bpost. You will see the different shipping costs, if applicable, appear in the settlement during the ordering process.
Where can I have it delivered?
MATRIKS can deliver to an address other than your own. This could be your work address, or that of the person you want to give the items to as a gift. You can also have them delivered to a BPOST collection point or parcel machine.
Can I have my product gift wrapped?
MATRIKS will happily wrap your order in a stylish way as a gift. You can indicate this during the ordering process.
When will I receive my order?
You cannot influence the time of delivery yourself. MATRIKS uses BPOST to send its goods. MATRIKS will send you an e-mail when the order has been sent. In principle, it will be delivered in Belgium within 2 days.
5. Returning a product
When can I return my product(s)?
You can return your item(s) in the following cases:
-unopened in the original packaging no later than 14 days after receipt.
-if, despite the great care that MATRIKS takes in checking and packaging, the products do not work, you receive an incorrect
item or if there has been transport damage. In all cases, you are kindly requested to report the
to follow the procedure described in the next question.
What procedure should I follow to return a product?
MATRIKS asks you to send a written notification, with order reference, by e-mail to infodesign@matriks.be when you wish to return goods. You will soon receive a confirmation with further details to deliver the products, in the original packaging, within 3 days to a post office.
Which costs are reimbursed?
In case of exchange at your request, the shipping costs, or insufficiently paid by you, will not be reimbursed. In case of defect or damage, the costs you make for return by normal mail, will be reimbursed.
