Four wine glasses in deep green glass, with a low foot and a bowl full of facets like a cut gemstone. Peridot is named after the green semi-precious stone, and the glass has a noticeable weight in the hand.
HK Living designed the collection together with glass artist Nienke Sikkema. The idea was glasses that recall contemporary gemstones: heavy, translucent and a little unpredictable. The facets return in the foot and in the bowl, giving the design a rhythm of its own.
Use them for wine, but also for water, a spritz or a dessert such as mousse or tiramisu. The green tints the light on the table and goes beautifully with wood, linen and earth tones. The set of four makes a lovely gift for anyone who likes bold glassware. The glasses are dishwasher safe.
