A round biscuit jar, 17 cm wide and 14 cm tall, for biscuits, speculoos, chocolates or the cantuccini with your coffee. The lid fits well, so everything stays crisp. On the counter or in an open cupboard, it is also a lovely object in its own right.
The jar is made of stoneware with the Tide glaze, a richly textured, bold glaze that gives each piece its own look. It can go in the dishwasher, and in the microwave too. Let it dry well before refilling, and biscuits will stay fresh for longer. Wash the lid and the jar separately to keep the rim in good shape.
The biscuit jar belongs to HK Living's 70s Ceramics collection, inspired by pop art, surrealism and abstract art. Filled with homemade biscuits, it is a lovely gift for a birthday or a housewarming.
