A chopping board in cobalt blue, with the simple, rectangular shape of the Slice range. The strong blue turns an ordinary kitchen board into a splash of colour on the worktop. The board is light and easy to handle, even with one hand while you cook.
Hay makes the board from polyethylene, a hygienic material that won't blunt knives and is dishwasher safe. Using different colours makes it easy to keep boards for fish, meat, vegetables and bread apart. Blue is often used for fish in professional kitchens.
The medium size is handy for everyday chopping and still fits in most sinks for rinsing. Combine cobalt blue with the purple board or another colour from the range. Also nice for serving: a board with cheese or fruit on the table.
