A cup for water or lemonade on the terrace, at a picnic or in the bathroom for your toothbrush. It is light and doesn't break if it falls off the table, so children can drink from it without worry. It is also handy in a caravan or on a boat, where glass isn't really a good idea.
The cup is made of melamine with a marbled pattern in deep dark green, streaked with lighter veins. Because the pattern forms during casting, each cup looks slightly different. The green recalls natural stone or an old bottle colour and looks lovely next to wood, linen and white crockery.
For a cosy table outside, combine it with the tray and dishes from Melamine Marbled in the same colour, or with ivory and navy for some variety. After use, just give it a quick rinse. Do not use it in the microwave, as melamine isn't made for that.
