A broad kitchen knife for anyone who cuts a lot of vegetables: a head of lettuce into ribbons, carrots into slices, a bunch of parsley finely chopped. Thanks to the wide 22 cm blade you can scoop up what you have cut and carry it straight to the pan. A piece of meat or a large onion goes through easily too.
The blade is forged from stainless steel and the handle is boxwood, sanded smooth and pleasant to hold. The knife has a simple, handcrafted look. Wash it by hand and dry it right away. Store it in a knife block or on a magnetic strip so the edge stays sharp.
