A classic stovetop coffee maker, in the size for breakfast with the family or coffee with a few friends. In one go you make enough for a cup for everyone at the table.
Moka was designed by David Chipperfield for Alessi, as a tribute to the classic Italian stovetop coffee maker. He kept the familiar shape, but gave the body eleven sides and a sturdier, better balanced handle. The aluminium spreads the heat evenly, so the coffee rises steadily.
Pour water into the base up to just below the valve, fill the filter with ground coffee without pressing it down and put it on a low heat. After a few minutes you hear it bubble and the coffee is ready. Rinse it with warm water after use, without washing-up liquid, and over time the coffee gains an even fuller taste.
Tweede leven
Your order may arrive in a reused box
Sinds dag één geven we dozen en verpakkingsmateriaal van onze leveranciers een tweede leven. Minder afval, even zorgvuldig verpakt. Geef de doos daarna gerust nog een tweede leven, of recycleer ze correct.
