Returning the product
You have 3 days to return the unopened product, in its original packaging, via a post office.

Refund

Your order will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Not refunded: shipping costs originally paid by MATRIKS.

  • Refund may be refused if the product or packaging is damaged.

  • Loss or transport damage: the responsibility of MATRIKS.

  • Other complaints (defective or incorrectly delivered items): must be reported by email within 14 days after receipt, including your order reference.

    • Once your complaint has been accepted, you can return the product within 3 days.

    • MATRIKS will refund your order, including shipping costs, after receiving the item.
