Right of return for distance selling
You have the right to cancel your purchase and have a period of 14 days from the day after receipt of the ordered goods to report this to MATRIKS. This right does not apply to the purchase of personalized products or discounted products. You can report your cancellation of your purchase by e-mail, with your order reference, to MATRIKS.
Once MATRIKS has confirmed your cancellation, you will receive a return form with instructions and you will have a period of 3 days to present the products unopened in the original packaging at a post office.
Your order will be refunded once MATRIKS has received the returned item, with the exception of the shipping costs incurred by MATRIKS. MATRIKS may refuse to refund items if the products, or the packaging, were damaged by you.
Complaints
Loss and transport damage are at the expense of MATRIKS. Other complaints, such as defects or incorrectly delivered products, must be reported to MATRIKS by e-mail, stating your order reference, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the items. After your complaint has been accepted by MATRIKS, you can return the product within 3 days. MATRIKS will refund your order, including shipping costs, after receipt of the products.
